Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-Order Items

All dresses are made on demand specifically for each customer. Due to the bespoke nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including issues related to sizing or fit.  

Please ensure you check the size guide carefully before placing your order, as our dresses are made from fabrics with no stretch.

For returns of non-faulty items, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the goods to our UK returns address.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in producing and checking our garments. However, if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery


Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional events are non-refundable. Where appropriate, exchanges may be offered at our discretion.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us at sugarandspice@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds (Where Applicable)

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
